Private Customers

Prior to or on release of the vehicle we need to see the following:

• Full valid *clean driving licence, if new style licence the we need the photo card and paper section, if no paper section is presented a telephone call to the DVLA will be made at a cost of £5.00, subject to DVLA opening hours.

• Two forms of postal address identification, utility bills, and bank statement or solicitors letter dated within 6 weeks of the rental start date. The paper section of your licence does not count for postal ID.

Payment is taken by Cash, Debit of Credit card including Solo Electron, all rentals paid by American Express will be subject to a 5% surcharge of booking value.

Deposits
If deposit left by cash you receive it back in the same way. If deposit left against Credit or Debit card we only reserve the amount of deposit against the card, we do not take it unless we need to. In certain circumstances we may take the deposit on the collection of the vehicle, this is done at the managers discretion.

Advance Payment
To ensure confirmation of your booking you may be asked to prepay the rental cost from 7 to 14 days prior to collection, this is required during peak times of the week and year. Failure to prepay when requested may result in your booking being cancelled.
